We will do our utmost to deliver the items you have ordered as quickly as possible. In order to deliver our items undamaged, these are personally delivered by our company. In order to keep the delivery costs as low as possible and to reduce the burden on the environment, rides are planned in which several addresses are delivered. This may result in delay in the delivery time.
If the items are in stock, the article will be delivered within 15 working days after receipt of payment. For articles that have to be ordered, the delivery time is communicated by telephone or by e-mail. We kindly request you to inform us about any difficulties our driver may encounter around your delivery address, so that we can take appropriate measures. Building up furniture is not included in the delivery. Any damage that has been caused by our driver after he has helped to carry the furniture in the house, is at the risk of the customer.
You will be contacted by us by telephone before delivery to make an appointment. That is why it is important that you provide us with a telephone number after purchase. Unfortunately we can not deliver without a phone number.

– Free transport within the Netherlands and Germany with the exception of Dutch and German islands.
– If not present as agreed on the day of delivery, the new delivery will be charged to the customer.
